该研究的目的是建立近红外漫反射光谱检测不同贮藏期甜柿的内部品质的数学模型,并评价其应用价值。采用可溶性固形物和硬度作为评价指标,在全光谱范围内(400~2500 nm)分别建立了常温贮藏期、冷藏期和综合定标模型,使用最优模型对40个未知样品进行预测。结果表明,应用改进偏最小二乘法、一阶导数处理和加权多元离散校正(WMSC)处理的综合模型预测性能最优,可溶性固形物和硬度的预测标准误差(SEP)分别为0.376和0.055,预测相关系数(RP2)分别为0.832和0.866,相对分析误差(RPD)分别为2.416和2.418。研究表明,近红外漫反射技术对不同贮藏期甜柿内部品质的快速无损检测具有可行性。
The purpose of this study is to establish a mathematical model of detecting the internal quality of persimmon at different storage periods by near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and to evaluate its application value. Soluble solids and hardness were used as evaluation indexes to establish the storage period, refrigerated storage period and integrated calibration model in the whole spectral range (400 ~ 2500 nm) respectively. The optimal model was used to predict 40 unknown samples. The results show that the integrated model with improved partial least squares, first derivative and weighted multiple discretization (WMSC) is the best, the prediction standard error (SEP) of soluble solids and hardness are 0.376 and 0.055 respectively, The correlation coefficients (RP2) were 0.832 and 0.866 respectively, and the relative analysis errors (RPD) were 2.416 and 2.418, respectively. Studies have shown that near-infrared diffuse reflectance technology is suitable for rapid and nondestructive testing of the internal quality of persimmon fruit at different storage periods.
