为了实时监测空间光学遥感器偏流调焦机构控制单元的工作状态,测试其性能及可靠性,设计了一种集偏流与调焦控制单元仿真测试于一体的系统。该系统并行采集控制单元的多路控制信号,基于频率检测和幅值检测的模型应用FPGA进行逻辑分析,提取控制信号的频率、幅值、转向等检测信息和编码器反馈信息;检测信息通过PCI总线传输给计算机存储和显示,闭环控制反馈信息发送给控制单元。经过信号采集实验表明:该系统能够并行采集与处理工作频率1kHz、控制电压12V的8路控制信号,由计算机实时显示各路信号的工作参数及状态,满足实时监测控制单元工作状态的需要。
In order to monitor the working status of the control unit of the bias current focusing mechanism of space optical remote sensor in real time and test its performance and reliability, a system integrating the simulation of bias current and focusing control unit was designed. The system parallel acquisition of control unit multi-channel control signal based on the frequency detection and amplitude detection of the model FPGA application logic analysis, extraction of control signal frequency, amplitude, steering and other detection information and encoder feedback information; detection information through the PCI Bus transmission to the computer storage and display, closed-loop control feedback to the control unit. After signal acquisition experiments show that the system can parallel acquisition and processing of operating frequency 1kHz, control voltage 12V 8-channel control signal, the computer real-time display of each signal operating parameters and status to meet the needs of real-time monitoring of the working status of the control unit.
