加强和完善社会主义道德建设对构建社会主义和谐社会有着重要的意义。胡锦涛总书记在十七大报告中指出,思想道德建设与人民的期待还有不小差距,有待加强。为此,一要发挥道德模范的引领作用;二要寻求法律的有效支持;三要营造大众道德观舆论环境;四要确立新的道德评价标准;五要创新道德教育方法,培养道德能力。 Strengthening and improving the construction of socialist morality are of great significance to the construction of a harmonious socialist society. General Secretary Hu Jintao pointed out in his report to the 17th National Congress that there is still not a big gap between ideological and moral construction and people’s expectations and needs to be strengthened. To this end, we must first play a leading role in moral models; second, we must seek effective support of the law; third, we must create a public opinion environment for mass ethics; fourth, we must establish new standards for ethical evaluation; and we should innovate in ethical education and cultivate moral competence.
