采用 R S M A 为增容剂制备了 P A6/ P P共混物,研究了 R S M A 增容 P A6/ P P共混物的形态结构和热行为以及晶态结构,并探讨 R S M A 增容 P A6/ P P共混物的增容机理。结果表明, P A6/ P P共混物为热力学不相容的海岛型两相结构, R S M A 的加入改善了 P A6 与 P P相间的相容性,使两相分散均匀,分散度提高。 R S M A 对 P A6/ P P共混物的增容机理可用界面分散相复合模型描述。
P A6 / P P blends were prepared using R S M A as compatibilizer. The morphology, thermal behavior and crystalline structure of R A M A compatibilized P A6 / P P blends were studied.
