如今手机的发展速度和普及程度令人吃惊,手机对人的生活和工作都影响极大。不管人们主观上是否愿意,手机都实实在在地改变着人力资源管理的方式。本文主要分析了手机对人力资源管理带来的各种便利和问题,并得出结论认为手机发展的趋势顺应了人力资源管理的要求,手机必将推动人力资源管理领域的应有的变革。
Nowadays the development speed and popularization degree of the mobile phone are surprising, the mobile phone has great influence on people’s life and work. Regardless of whether people are willing to subjectively, mobile phones actually change the way of human resource management. This paper mainly analyzes the various handicaps and problems that handsets bring to human resources management and concludes that the trend of handset development conforms to the requirements of human resources management and that handsets are bound to promote the due transformation in the field of human resources management.
