目的:考察闪式与回流提取对黄芪皂苷提取工艺的影响。方法:以黄芪甲苷提取率和出膏率作为考察指标,采用HPLC-ELSD法作为测定方法,以Welc C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈:水(40∶60)为流动相,流速1 mL.min-1,漂移管温度80℃,气流量50 psi,考察闪式与回流提取对黄芪皂苷提取工艺的影响。结果:闪式提取所得黄芪甲苷含量高于回流提取。结论:闪式提取黄芪皂苷不仅提取率高,而且耗时短,节省能源,可望广泛地应用在制药工业上。
Objective: To investigate the effects of flash and reflux extraction on the extraction of astragaloside. Methods: The HPLC-ELSD method was used to determine the extraction rate of Astragaloside IV and the rate of ointment. The column was Welc C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile: water (40:60) as The mobile phase was 1 mL.min-1, the temperature of the drift tube was 80 ℃ and the gas flow was 50 psi. The effects of flash and reflux extraction on the extraction of astragaloside were investigated. Results: The content of Astragaloside IV obtained by flash extraction was higher than that of reflux extraction. Conclusion: The flash-based extraction of astragaloside not only has high extraction rate, but also has short time-consuming and energy-saving. It is expected to be widely used in the pharmaceutical industry.
