[目的]观察中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效。[方法]将105例随机分为两组,对照组45例口服消心痛、呋塞米、螺内酯、依那普利、倍他乐克片,心衰严重者予以静脉应用硝酸甘油、呋塞米和西地兰。治疗组60例在对照组治疗基础上,予经验方口服。经过1个疗程(28d)治疗后进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组显效39例,有效17例,无效4例,总有效率93.33%。对照组显效20例,有效18例,无效7例,总有效率84.44%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效肯定,优于单纯西药治疗。 [Objective] To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on chronic congestive heart failure.
