采用Na_3PO_4辅助水热法合成了单晶WO_3纳米棒,通过SEM、TEM、EDX和XRD等手段对产物进行了表征.研究了其他无机盐(Na_2SO_4、NaNO_3和NaCl)对WO_3纳米晶形貌的影响.实验发现WO_3纳米棒的形成与添加Na_3PO_4密切相关,当Na_3PO_4的添加量达到50g时,在这个反应体系中可以制得质量较好的WO_3纳米棒.
Single crystal WO_3 nanorods were synthesized by Na_3PO_4 hydrothermal method. The products were characterized by SEM, TEM, EDX and XRD. The effects of other inorganic salts (Na_2SO_4, NaNO_3 and NaCl) on the morphology of WO_3 nanocrystals were studied. It was found that the formation of WO_3 nanorods was closely related to the addition of Na_3PO_4. When the amount of Na_3PO_4 added reached 50g, WO_3 nanorods with good quality could be obtained in this reaction system.
