本文以四个位点编码的三种酶(EST、MDH和GOT)系统,分析了我国东北林区红松林四个群体同工酶的遗传变异和分化。群体内的同工酶变异,四个位点所有样品杂合性的平均值是0.37,并发现每个位点的等位基因平均值是2.25。群体间的同工酶分化,对四个位点的基因多样性测量表明,群体间分化的明显效果是2%。总基因多样性的98%产生在群体内。所有配对组合,群体间的平均遗传距离是0.025±0.008。
In this paper, three enzymes (EST, MDH and GOT) encoded by four loci were used to analyze the genetic variation and differentiation of isozymes in four populations of Korean pine forest in Northeast China. Isozyme variation in the population, mean heterozygosity for all samples at the four loci was 0.37, and the average allele at each locus was found to be 2.25. Isoenzyme differentiation among populations, and the measurement of gene diversity at four loci showed that the obvious effect of inter-population differentiation was 2%. 98% of the total gene diversity occurs in the population. For all paired combinations, the average genetic distance between populations was 0.025 ± 0.008.
