选用 Wistar大鼠 ,应用微栓子栓塞阻断法建立多发性脑梗塞 (MCI)模型 ,用 NADPH- d组织化学方法、透射电镜技术结合显微图像分析观察大鼠纹旁区一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)阳性神经元的分布及 MCI后NOS的变化。结果显示 ,MCI时大鼠纹旁区 NOS阳性神经元先增多后减少。提示 NO在缺血所致的神经损伤中起重要作用。
Wistar rats were used to establish the model of multiple cerebral infarction (MCI) by micro-embolism occlusion method. NADPH-d histochemistry, transmission electron microscopy and microscopic image analysis were used to observe the expression of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) positive neurons and the changes of NOS after MCI. The results showed that the number of NOS positive neurons in rat pawside area first increased and then decreased in MCI. Suggesting that NO plays an important role in ischemia-induced nerve injury.
