Objective: To investigate the relationship between intraductal papilloma and mammary duct X-ray anatomy and different nationalities. Materials and Methods: Seventy-two cases of benign and malignant intraductal papilloma were analyzed and their relationship with catheter classification and different age groups of different nationalities was analyzed. Results: 174 multi-branch catheters accounted for 71.0% of benign papilloma cases in which 28 cases accounted for 16.1%, malignant 4 cases accounted for 2.3%; 53 branch-branched catheters accounted for 21.6%; 24 cases of benign papilloma accounted for 45.3%, malignant Four patients accounted for 7.5%; 18 patients with single-branch catheters accounted for 7.3%; 12 patients with benign papillomas accounted for 66.7%. Conclusion: There is no significant difference in the classification of catheters between females of all ethnic groups (p=0.429>0.05). Intraductal papilloma of the breast (not benign or malignant) patients according to national and breast classification statistics, no statistical difference (p=0.175> 0.05); (non-ethnic) breast intraductal benign and malignant papilloma and breast type Statistically, there was no statistical difference (p=0.397>0.05). However, statistics of benign and malignant papillomas in ducts of different ethnicities in different ethnic groups found that only malignant and malignant papilloma of different ethnic groups differed. There are differences in intraductal papilloma (benign and malignant) statistics at different ages. Correctly understanding the X-ray anatomy and classification of mammary ducts and the relationship between different nationalities and different age groups is crucial for the diagnosis and treatment of intraductal papilloma.
