运用生物化学检测和统计分析等方法 ,研究了酥梨产地半地下窖电子气调窖贮藏保鲜对保鲜梨营养成分的影响。结果表明 :入窖 74d半地下窖电子气调保鲜梨的糖度和维生素C含量指标明显好于传统窖藏梨 (CK) ,但处理窖的其他营养成分指标与对照无明显差异
Using the methods of biochemical detection and statistical analysis, the effects of storage of electronic gas-regulated cellar in half-underground cellar of pear on nutrient composition of fresh-keeping pear were studied. The results showed that the indexes of sugar content and vitamin C of electron-modified fresh-keeping pear in 74d semi-underground cellar were significantly better than those of traditional cellar pear (CK), but there was no significant difference in other nutrient components between treatment cellar and control
