尖锐湿疣是人类乳头瘤病毒所致,位于生殖器、会阴、肛门的良性上皮瘤,目前已公认为性传播疾病之一。尖锐湿疣的治疗方法很多,但容易复发。笔者通过强激光、大范围的气化联合创面白介素-2(IL-2)注射治疗,效果满意。现报告如下。1 临床资料 本组男27例,女9例,年龄19～46岁,平均31.7岁。阴茎尖锐湿疣19例,其中龟头及冠状沟13例、尿道外口部6例,肛周3例,女性阴道壁及宫颈2例,大、小唇交界处3例,最大直径
Condyloma acuminatum is caused by human papillomavirus, located in genital, perineal, anal benign epithelial tumors, has now been recognized as one of sexually transmitted diseases. Condyloma acuminatum treatment of many, but easy to relapse. The author through the strong laser, a wide range of gasification combined with interleukin-2 (IL-2) injection therapy, the effect is satisfactory.
