目的:探讨丹参注射液对犬缺血心肌更新供血的影响。方法:12 只犬随机分成丹参处理组(D 组) 和对照组(C 组),建立心肌梗塞模型,分别给予丹参注射液和生理盐水,共21 d,冠脉结扎前、后不同时间点行冠脉造影,并测量心肌血管面密度。结果:冠脉结扎后2 h 和22 d 时D 组侧枝血管明显多于C组,第22 天时D组缺血区和梗塞区心肌毛细血管和供血血管面密度较C 组明显增加。结论:丹参注射液能促进犬冠脉侧枝循环的开放和形成,使缺血心肌达到更新供血,对缺血心肌具有保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection on renewed blood supply to ischemic myocardium in dogs. METHODS: Twelve dogs were randomly divided into Salvia miltiorrhiza treatment group (group D) and control group (group C). A myocardial infarction model was established. Danshen injection and physiological saline were given for 21 days. Before and after coronary artery ligation, different time points were performed. Coronary angiography and measurement of myocardial vessel surface density. RESULTS: Coronary collateral vessels in group D were significantly more than those in group C at 2 h and 22 d after coronary artery ligation. On the 22nd day, myocardial density of capillary and blood vessels in ischemic and infarcted areas of D group was significantly increased compared with group C. Conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza injection can promote the opening and formation of collateral circulation in canine coronary arteries, so that the ischemic myocardium can achieve renewed blood supply, and it has a protective effect on ischemic myocardium.
