分析了直廓环面蜗轮滚刀研制的难点，指出了滚刀设计中某些理论不足之处，提出了独到的滚刀结构和参数设计及行之有效地解决上述难点的方案，在滚齿机上铲制可重磨多头直廓环面蜗轮滚刀。
The difficulties in the development of straight profiled ring worm hob are analyzed. Some theoretical shortcomings in the design of hob hob are pointed out. The unique hob structure and parameter design are put forward and the solution to the above difficulties is put forward. Shovel long process can be re-grinding ring straight profile hob hob.
