目的:观察龙血竭β-环糊精凝胶剂治疗烫伤的药效学研究。方法:建立Ⅱ度烫伤模型,记录小鼠背部皮肤结痂时间和创面愈合时间,采用小鼠扭体法、热板法观察龙血竭β-环糊精凝胶剂的镇痛作用,运用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型评价龙血竭β-环糊精凝胶剂的抗炎作用,采用纸片扩散法观察龙血竭β-环糊精凝胶剂的抑菌作用。结果:龙血竭凝胶剂高、中、低剂量对烫伤小鼠皮肤均有促进愈合作用,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义;对小鼠皮肤没有刺激作用;能使醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数减少,扭体潜伏期延长;提高热板法所致小鼠疼痛的痛阈值;抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀,但并没有抑菌作用。结论:龙血竭β-环糊精凝胶剂对烫伤皮肤有促愈合作用,且具有镇痛、抗炎作用。
Objective: To observe the pharmacodynamics of dragon’s blood β-cyclodextrin gel in the treatment of scald. Methods: The second-degree scald model was established. The scabbling time and wound healing time of the skin were recorded. The analgesic effect of β-cyclodextrin gel was observed by writhing method and hot plate method. The anti-inflammatory effect of dragon’s blood β-cyclodextrin gel was evaluated by mouse ear swelling model using toluene. The antibacterial activity of dragon’s blood β-cyclodextrin gel was observed by disk diffusion method. Results: DRG’s high, medium and low doses could promote healing of scalded skin of mice, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant; there was no stimulation on mouse skin; Reduce the number of writhing in mice, prolonged writhing; increased pain threshold induced by hot-plate method in mice pain; inhibition of xylene-induced mouse ear swelling, but no antibacterial effect. Conclusion: Dragon Blood β-cyclodextrin gels can promote the healing of scald skin and have analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
