我们于1983~1986年在天津新河石油库改装除氟设备,加盐酸把含氟量6.0mg/L井水的pH从8.8降至6.0~6.5;以8,5和3m/h三种滤速通过活性氧化铝滤层,控制出水含氟量均值<1.0mg/L,供近千人饮用。四个周期运行结果表明,本工艺与不降pH旧工艺相比,周期运行时间从80小时延长到365~475小时;平均产水量由160m~3提高到950m~(?);除氟容量从1.2上升到6.2~7.8mg~(F-)/gAl_2O_3;每m~3处理水的药品及滤料补充费由0.29元降至0.19元。本工艺结合国内条件,首先成功地应用于现场设备。现天津郊区及县有80个除氟站购置此种设备,将陆续采用。
In 1983 ~ 1986, we modified the de-fluoride equipment in Tianjin Xinhe Oil Depot.
