1台ZL50C型装载机在使用300h后,其动臂与前机架铰接处的2个销轴出现外窜现象。检查发现,2个销轴压板已经变形。若动臂销轴继续外窜,将造成销轴压板断裂、动臂销轴脱落,可导致动臂因失去支承而坠落,严重影响该装载机安全使用。动臂与前机架连接部位结构如图1所示。前机架1与动臂3通过动臂销轴7连接。固定螺栓4穿过销轴压板6锁紧在前机架1上,从而使动臂销轴7固定在前机架1上。作业过程中,该装载机动臂3围绕前机架1上的动臂销轴7摆动,
