[目的]研究1.8%嘧肽·多抗水剂对水稻纹枯病菌的抑制作用及作用机理。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率测定等方法测定5种不同质量浓度的药剂处理对菌丝生长的抑制效果;测量经药剂处理过的菌丝麦角甾醇含量,丙二醛的含量以及菌悬液的电导率等。[结果]质量浓度22.5~90 mg/L的药剂可完全抑制病菌菌丝生长;经药剂处理过的菌丝,出现畸形、原生质外渗、菌丝分枝不明显乃至断裂的现象;嘧肽·多抗处理过的病菌,丙二醛含量明显增加;随药剂质量浓度和培养时间的增加,培养液的电导率也逐渐增大。[结论]1.8%嘧肽·多抗水剂对水稻纹枯病菌具有较好的抑制作用。该药剂对菌丝形态、菌丝细胞膜透性以及菌丝细胞膜脂质过氧化程度均有一定的影响。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the inhibitory effect and mechanism of 1.8% pyritin and multi-resistant water-repellent on Rhizoctonia solani. [Method] The mycelium growth inhibition was measured by mycelial growth rate assay, and the mycelial growth of the mycelium was measured. The content of malondialdehyde, malondialdehyde and the content of malondialdehyde Conductivity and so on. [Result] The mycelial growth of pathogen was inhibited completely with the concentration of 22.5 ~ 90 mg / L. The hyphae, extravasation of protoplasm and the insignificant or even mycelial branching were observed in mycelium treated with the drug. Multi-resistant bacteria, malondialdehyde content increased significantly; with the drug concentration and culture time increases, the conductivity of the culture medium also increased. [Conclusion] 1.8% pyritin and multi-resistant water-repellent agent had a good inhibitory effect on Rhizoctonia solani. The agent has a certain influence on mycelial morphology, mycelium membrane permeability and lipid peroxidation of mycelial membrane.
