硫脲法提金是近十年才较快地发展起来的一项提金新工艺.本文首先着重以张家口金矿的硫脲提金试验为例,论述了应用硫脲从氰化难以处理的含碳泥质氧化金矿石中提取黄金的工艺特征与效果.然后根据试验结果和有关文献资料,探讨了焙烧此类矿石的机理与作用,综述了金在硫脲溶液中的溶解行为,认为矿石中的自然金的溶解是在硫脲与氧化剂的双重作用下,使金的标准电极电位降低的结果;评述了试验组首先研究成功的“铅浆法”取代“铁浆法”从硫脲酸性含金矿浆中提取黄金的效益.最后,作者展望了硫脲法用于黄金生产的前景,并提出弄清机理和降低成本是硫脲法今后的主攻方向.
