一、背景起因近年来,国家统计局能源统计业务不断扩展,由单一的能源统计发展为现行的能源、资源、环境、绿色、气候和循环经济等多项业务体系。面对新形势、新业务,能源统计面对许多问题:一是业务能力需要加强;二是数据质量需要提高;三是统计服务需要提升;四是工作作风需要进一步改进。面对存在的问题,能源处党支部积极采取各项措施,不仅注重党员思想教育工作,同时紧跟统计改革步伐,构建了“四化”工作 I.
