结合某工程实例，运用ＡＳＰＥＮＰＬＵＳ流程模拟系统，对６ ＃ 抽提溶剂油脱芳烃系统进行了研究。结果表明，采用以ＮＭＰ为萃取剂的萃取精馏法，在剂油比为０ ．５ ～１ ．０ 时，可将原料中的芳烃脱至０．５０ ％ 以下，其质量指标超过国家标准的要求。
Combined with an engineering example, the ASPENPLUS process simulation system was used to study the 6 # solvent extraction de-aromatics system. The results show that using NMP as extractant extractive distillation method, the oil-to-oil ratio is zero. 5 ~ 1. 0, the aromatics in the feedstock can be taken off to below 0.50%, and its quality index surpasses the requirements of national standards.
