目的:观察益气补肾止喘汤联合酮替酚治疗小儿哮喘(缓解期)的临床疗效。方法:108例哮喘患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,各59例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予益气补肾止喘汤辨证加减,观察治疗前后肺功能变化,记录呼吸道感染次数、哮喘发作次数以及持续时间等主要症状评分,并评估临床疗效。结果:总有效率观察组94.92%,对照组83.05%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后肺功能各项指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气流量峰值(PEF)、FEV1占预测值百分比(FEV1%)显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后主要症状比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组主要症状评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气补肾止喘汤联合酮替芬治疗小儿哮喘,可减少哮喘发作次数,改善肺功能,临床疗效显著。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Bushen Zhichuan Decoction combined with ketotifen in the treatment of pediatric asthma (remission). Methods: 108 asthmatic children were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 59 cases each. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine. The observation group was given the syndrome of “Yiqi Bushen Zhichuan Decoction” based on the treatment of the control group, and the changes of the lung function before and after the treatment were recorded. The main symptom scores such as the number of respiratory infections, the number of asthma attacks and the duration were recorded. Evaluate clinical efficacy. Results: The total effective rate was 94.92% in the observation group and 83.05% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The indexes of pulmonary function in two groups before and after treatment were significantly different (P <0.05). The FEV1, peak expiratory flow (PEF), percentage of predicted FEV1 (FEV1%) was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The main symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment were compared, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05); after treatment, the main symptom score was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Bushen Zhichuan Decoction combined with ketotifen treatment of pediatric asthma can reduce the number of asthma attacks, improve lung function, clinical efficacy significantly.
