目的:为开发利用江西丰富的黄毛楤木资源提供科学依据。方法:采用火焰及石墨无焰原子吸收光谱法测定微量元素的含量;用氨基酸分析仪测定氨基酸含量;柱层析法分离测定楤木总苷含量;用大孔吸附树脂法分离皂苷,光谱分析鉴定其结构。结果:确定了楤木中微量元素、氨基酸、楤木皂苷的种类及含量。结论:楤木中微量元素、氨基酸含量丰富;皂苷含量随季节而变化;分离得到4个皂苷单体,其中两个为新化合物。
Objective: To provide scientific basis for the development and utilization of Jiangxi’s rich resources of Elaeagnus comatus. Methods: The contents of trace elements were determined by flame and graphite flameless atomic absorption spectrometry; the content of amino acids was determined by amino acid analyzer; the total glucoside content was determined by column chromatography; the saponins were separated by macroporous adsorption resin method, and the spectral analysis was performed. Its structure. Results: The types and contents of trace elements, amino acids, and eucalyptus sapogenin were determined. Conclusion: There are abundant trace elements and amino acids in eucalyptus, and the content of saponins varies with the seasons. Four saponin monomers were isolated and two of them were new compounds.
