第一,企业领导在企业文化建设中的创造作用。这要求企业领导保持创新意识,以思想观念的先进性保证企业文化的先进性;坚持不断学习、借鉴他人的优秀文化,以求得企业文化的丰富和完善。同时,企业领导还要掌握本企业文化的结构和特性,知道它的确切表述和概念,把握它的内涵和实质,懂得它的过去、现在和将来。 First, the role of business leaders in the building of enterprise culture.
