人力资源管理简单的讲就是对人力资源的管理,其具体涵义包括:根据人的心理及行为规律,对人的思想和行为进行正确的研究、引导、激励,并对人员进行合理适当的安排、使用和管理,从而达到对人的积极因素的充分开发和调动,以取得最佳的经济效益,使人得到全面发展。人力资源管理是一门科学,是以心理学、社会学、管理学、档案管理学等多学科为基础,并与其密切相联系的一门科学。相对于传统的人事管理概念而言可以说是一门新兴的学科。
Human resources management simply refers to the management of human resources.
