本文研究了微量硫对W14Cr4VMn高速钢热塑性的影响:热扭转实验证实微最硫仍能危害钢的热塑性;Auger能谱仪实验发现,即使钢中的硫含量降低到0.002wt-%时,硫仍偏聚在晶界上。本文讨论了硫偏聚和微量硫危害热塑性的原因。
In this paper, the effect of trace sulfur on the thermal plasticity of W14Cr4VMn high speed steel was investigated. The results of hot-torsion tests confirmed that the microsilica still can endanger the thermoplasticity of the steel. Auger energy-dispersive spectroscopy showed that even when the sulfur content in the steel decreased to 0.002wt-% Deviation in the grain boundaries. This article discusses the reasons why sulfur segregation and trace sulfur endanger the thermoplastic.
