目前,国内高速钢刀具的钎焊,一般多采用焦炭炉和油炉加热。不仅劳动条件差,而且刀具质量也不稳定。我厂为了解决上述问题,从1978年起对高速钢车、刨刀采用了高频钎焊,收到了良好的效果。不但改善了劳动条件,提高了刀具质量,而且延长了使用寿命。仅以20×20毫米右偏车刀为例,过去加工JB113-60键2000个,需用20把刀具,其中掉尖的和不顶刃的较多。现在将油炉焊改为GP-100-C_3高频钎焊,刀具硬度普遍提高HRC2~3,掉尖现象很少。加工JB113-60键
