中国已经建成了贸易大国,但这是在经济全球化生产要素国际流动条件下实现的,因而决定了以外资流入推动出口高增长的发展特点,也决定了出口实现的本国要素收益必然相对较低。基于对中国作为贸易大国收益较低之成因的分析,可以明确贸易竞争力应以收益率为条件。据此,由贸易大国迈入贸易强国的三大战略是:微观上推进要素培育;中观上实现产业主导;宏观上参与国际体制建设。
China has already built a large trading nation, but this is achieved under the conditions of the international mobility of the factors of economic globalization. Therefore, it determines the development characteristics of the inflow of foreign capital and promotes the high growth of exports. It also determines that the returns to the domestic elements of exports must be relatively low . Based on an analysis of the causes of China’s low earnings as a major trading nation, it can be clearly established that the competitiveness of trade should be subject to the rate of return. Accordingly, the three major strategies of entering into a trading power by the big trading nations are: pushing forward the cultivation of factors on the micro level; leading the industry on a medium level; and participating in the building of an international system macroscopically.
