报道了作者近年来利用红外光谱法检测肿瘤组织的阶段性研究进展。在比较研究了不同红外光谱方法的基础上,发现衰减全反射红外光谱法的检测结果与病理检验结果符合很好。该方法可直接测量冰冻和手术切除的新鲜离体肿瘤组织,测试简便,符合快速诊断的要求。另外,作者将中红外光纤和衰减全反射光谱测量方法相结合,实现了手术过程中原位、在体和实时检测肿瘤组织。累计研究了包括腮腺、颌下腺、食道、胃、肠、肝、胆囊、肾、乳腺、肺、甲状腺等十几种肿瘤和相应的正常组织。与病理诊断结果进行对照,红外光谱法诊断符合率在90%以上,表明该方法的普适性和准确性。
Reported the authors in recent years using infrared spectroscopy to detect tumor stage progress. Based on the comparison of different infrared spectroscopy methods, it is found that the results of attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy are in good agreement with the pathological results. The method can directly measure frozen and surgically excised fresh tumor tissue in vitro and is simple and convenient in testing, meeting the requirements of rapid diagnosis. In addition, the authors combined mid-infrared fiber with attenuated total reflectance spectroscopy to achieve in-situ, in-vivo and real-time detection of tumor tissue during surgery. A total of more than a dozen kinds of tumors and corresponding normal tissues including the parotid gland, submandibular gland, esophagus, stomach, intestine, liver, gallbladder, kidney, breast, lung and thyroid have been studied. Compared with the pathological diagnosis results, the diagnostic accuracy of infrared spectroscopy was above 90%, indicating the universality and accuracy of the method.
