In three locations in northern Foder Kandia, a 10-year study was conducted on the relationship between shoot and needle growth of 20-year-old European red pine and its current year and year prior. The chief technologists and the number of needle bundles per main branch showed a highly positive correlation with the average temperature in June-August of the previous year. The number of staple bundle per main branch decreased, accompanied by a three-pin battalion a corresponding increase in the frequency. There was a significant positive correlation between needle length and average temperature during the growing season (especially June-August temperature). Replacing the average temperature with accumulated temperature or respiratory equivalent did not significantly increase the correlation coefficient. It was also found that there was a very significant positive correlation between needle length and main branch growth in the next year.
