针对综放支架回采过程中固体构件损伤和液压系统泄漏导致的端面煤岩体冒顶片帮问题,综合现场调研、理论分析、模拟试验、现场应用实测等方法,结合共因失效计算模型,提出综放支架固液两相严重故障同步检测技术,系统研究了综放支架固体构件超声相控阵无损探伤原理和液压系统YHX型无损检测原理。综放支架固液两相严重故障同步检测技术在同忻煤矿8107综放面试验成功,故障检测维修后,端面冒顶片帮事故得到有效控制。

Simultaneous detection of serious faults of solid-liquid two-phase in fully mechanized top-coal caving support was successfully tested in 8107 fully mechanized coal caving face of Tongxin Coal Mine. After the fault detection and repair, the roof-top failure was effectively controlled.
