自羌活水溶性部分中得到的中性物质,以高效液相色谱仪检测出其含有鼠李糖、果糖、葡萄糖和蔗糖;以离子交换树脂得到的茚三酮呈色部分,经氨基酸分析仪检出19种氨基酸;于酸性成分中,以色谱-质谱联用鉴定出14种有机酸。
The neutral substance obtained in the water-soluble part of the active ingredient was detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with rhamnose, fructose, glucose and sucrose; the color part of ninhydrin obtained by ion exchange resin was detected by an amino acid analyzer. 19 amino acids were identified; 14 acidic acids were identified by chromatography-mass spectrometry.
