目的:研究姜黄素干预小鼠固醇调节元件结合蛋白1c(sterol-regulatory element binding protein-1c,SREBP-1c)在肝脏表达与非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)的相关性。方法:应用RT-PCR方法对比正常组、NAFLD模型组、姜黄素治疗组中肝脏SREBP-1c的mRNA表达进行分析。结果:SREBP-1c mRNA在模型组表达增高,在姜黄素治疗组与正常组相比表达增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:NAFLD模型组肝脏中SREBP-1c mRNA的表达明显增高而治疗组表达也增高;应用姜黄素对于NAFLD的治疗作用可能不是通过调节SREBP-1cmRNA的表达而实现的。
Objective: To investigate the effect of curcumin on the expression of steroid-binding element-binding protein-1c (SREBP-1c) in liver and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) Correlation. Methods: The mRNA expression of SREBP-1c in the liver of normal group, NAFLD model group and curcumin treatment group was analyzed by RT-PCR. Results: The expression of SREBP-1c mRNA increased in model group and increased in curcumin-treated group compared with normal group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The expression of SREBP-1c mRNA in the liver of NAFLD model group is significantly higher than that of the untreated group. The therapeutic effect of curcumin on NAFLD may not be achieved by regulating the expression of SREBP-1 mRNA.
