在平凹稳定腔中用Cr4+YAG作为可饱和吸收体实现了脉冲NdYAG激光器的被动锁模运转,得到平均脉宽为190ps,输出能量为22mJ的脉冲序列。理论上分析了Cr4+YAG被动锁模的动力学过程以及NdYAG的克尔透镜自聚焦在被动锁模中的作用
The pulse NdYAG laser was mode-locked by using Cr4 + YAG as saturable absorber in the plano-concave stable cavity. The pulse sequence with average pulse width of 190ps and output energy of 22mJ was obtained. The dynamic process of Cr4 + YAG passively mode-locked and the role of Kerr lens self-focusing of NdYAG in passive mode-locking are theoretically analyzed
