[目的]分析青海省各县盐碘实验室检测能力和存在问题及经验体会,为实验室能力建设提供科学依据。[方法]采取现场调查和督导检查的方法收集相关资料,盐碘含量和质量控制方法采用国家标准方法。[结果]①全省各县没有专业盐碘实验室,缺乏检验器材、检验人员和实验室内部质量控制措施;②卫生部消除碘缺乏病国际合作项目技术指导中心执行地方病项目,全省各级卫生部门加强管理,省、州(地、市)级实验室督导、培训、支援,各县实验室积极配合完成各项工作任务。[结论]全省43个县级实验室开展碘盐全定量检测工作和国家IDD实验室网络建设,保证碘盐检测工作顺利进行
[Objective] To analyze the detection ability, existing problems and experience of salt-iodine laboratories in all counties of Qinghai Province and provide scientific basis for the laboratory capacity-building. [Method] The relevant data were collected by on-site investigation and supervision and inspection methods. The iodized salt content and quality control method adopted the national standard method. [Results] There were no professional salt iodine laboratories in all counties in the province, and lack of quality control measures for inspection equipment, inspectors and laboratories. The Ministry of Health implemented the endemic disease project in the technical guidance center of the International Cooperation Project for the Elimination of Iodine Deficiency Disorders. Health departments to strengthen management, provincial, state (prefecture-level) level laboratory supervision, training, support, county laboratories actively cooperate to complete the tasks. [Conclusion] The 43 county-level laboratories in the province carried out the full quantitative detection of iodized salt and the construction of national IDD laboratory network to ensure the smooth progress of iodized salt detection
