本文介绍一种检测葡肠毒素的方法。读法是以抗体致敏的红细胞代替酶或同位素标记抗体的固相吸附技术,具有ELISA的敏感特异性与RPHA的简易快速性,器材简单,标本适应范围广,重复性好。检测PBS中纯毒素的敏感性为0.8~1.6ng/ml,人工污染的牛奶为3.1~6.3ng/ml,米饭为0.8~1.6ng′g,肉馅为3.1ng/g,并证实了网起葡萄球菌食物中毒,所得定性与定量结果与对比实验ELISA的结果一致。
This article describes a method for the detection of enterotoxin. Reading method is a solid phase adsorption technique that uses antibody-sensitized erythrocytes instead of enzymes or isotopically labeled antibodies and has the sensitive specificity of ELISA and the rapidity of RPHA. The equipment is simple, and the specimen has a wide range of adaptability and good repeatability.
