Moncada等(1976)阐明血管内皮细胞释放前列腺环素(Prostacyclin,PGI_2)有抑制血小板凝集、使血管平滑肌弛缓和对抗血小板产生的ThromboxaneA_2(TxA_2)的作用,因而引起人们对血管壁与血小板相互作用的注意.本研究就生理活性显著的PGI_2对于胎儿血液循环的影响进行了探讨.作者对产妇的肘静脉血、脐静脉血和脐带血管(动、静脉)、胎盘内血管(胎盘静脉)、胎盘绒毛组织、非孕妇肘静脉血等进行研究.
