为确定沥青路面在施工阶段沥青基本性能参数的衰减程度,根据实际沥青路面的施工过程中老化行为的发生特征,确定采用全过程老化试验即采用密闭加热老化与旋转薄膜老化相结合的方式来进行室内试验,模拟并设计老化流程,对老化前后沥青相关性能参数进行定量评价,并与传统薄膜老化试验结果进行比对。以盘锦70号沥青为例,采用全过程老化处理后,沥青针入度下降40.6%,沥青标号由70号变为40号;60℃高温黏度上升39.8%;-25℃低温黏结强度下降50%;DSR试验中车辙因子提高237%,疲劳因子提高225%;BBR试验中劲度模量提高12.3%,斜率下降7.5%。两种沥青的测试数据变化规律一致。采用全过程老化处理后各项测试结果变化幅度远高于传统薄膜老化后的结果,表明实际沥青路面施工阶段沥青基本性能参数衰减比传统试验结果更加严重,沥青混合料设计过程中应充分考量在施工阶段老化所导致的基本性能参数的衰减效应。
In order to determine the degree of attenuation of asphalt basic performance parameters in the construction phase of asphalt pavement, according to the occurrence characteristics of the aging behavior in the actual asphalt pavement construction process, it is determined that the full-process aging test, that is, a combination of airtight heating aging and rotating film aging, In-house experiments were conducted to simulate and design the aging process. The performance parameters of asphalt before and after aging were quantitatively evaluated and compared with the results of conventional film aging test. Taking Panjin 70 asphalt as an example, after the whole process of aging treatment, the penetration of asphalt decreased by 40.6% and that of asphalt increased from 70 to 40; the viscosity increased by 39.8% at 60 ℃; the bond strength at 25 ℃ decreased by 50% The rutting factor increased by 237% and the fatigue factor by 225% in the DSR test. The stiffness modulus increased by 12.3% and the slope decreased by 7.5% in the BBR test. The test data of two kinds of asphalt have the same change rule. The results show that the variation of each test result after the whole process aging treatment is much higher than that of the traditional one. It shows that the degradation of basic performance parameters of asphaltic asphalt pavement during the construction stage is more serious than the traditional test results.
