善于选择还原原理的贫锰矿造渣富集法(二步法),已在国内有关单位作了试验。上海、东北的一些厂并已建立了工业生产流程;经过较长时间的生产实践,为我国贫锰矿合理利用提供了一条可行的成功经验。但现有资料对特定条件下的生产介绍多,而对普遍意义的分析讨论则较少。本文根据现有实践,着重讨论以下几个问题:锰渣的性质、组成;贫锰矿技术条件;贫锰矿造渣的冶炼评价;高炉、电炉造渣比较。试图通过讨论对贫锰矿合理利用提出某些统计性的看法,并就普遍意义上对渣法富集作一评价。
Good choice of reduction principle manganese lean accumulation method (two-step method), has been tested in the relevant domestic units. Some factories in Shanghai and the northeast China have established industrial production processes. After a long period of production practice, they have provided a viable successful experience for the rational utilization of the poor manganese ore in China. However, there are more presentations on the production under specific conditions and less on the general significance. Based on the existing practice, this paper focuses on the following issues: the nature and composition of manganese slag; the technical conditions of poor manganese ore; smelting evaluation of lean manganese ore slagging; comparison between slag making in blast furnace and electric furnace. Trying to put forward some statistical opinions on the rational utilization of poor manganese ore through discussion, and make an evaluation on the enrichment of slag law in the general sense.
