随着生命科学的不断发展及对单细胞分析手段越来越高的需求,传统的荧光流式细胞技术已不能满足科学家们的需要。质谱流式细胞技术将传统流式细胞分析方法与质谱检测方法相结合,拥有高通量、无需补偿计算、金属标签标记以及多样化数据处理等技术优势,可对细胞群体进行精确免疫分型、全面分析细胞内信号网络等,在造血、免疫、药物筛选等领域有着广泛的应用前景,开启了流式细胞技术的“后荧光时代”。本文将对质谱流式细胞仪发展史、工作原理、技术优势及其应用进行综述。
