To uphold and re-establish the ideological line of seeking truth from facts is Deng Xiaoping’s outstanding contribution in the new period and the fundamental value of the party’s third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee. To implement this ideological line is mainly manifested in correctly understanding and grasping the actual situation and correctly understanding and mastering the law. Both of them are a dialectical process full of contradictions.
