我厂SHL10-13A型锅炉炉排常见故障为:炉排跑偏;掉炉排片,有时一组或几组炉排片一起脱落;炉排起拱;炉排卡死停走等等。寻找原因,大都认为是由于前后轴不平行,炉排框架变形、导轨不直,链条太松、长短不一,前轴链轮齿面前后错位引起的。而解决问题还应从最基本的链传动着手。锅炉链条炉排为多排链传动,共7条,由主动链轮、从动链轮和一条闭合链条组成。主动链轮(即前轴)决定了滚柱的运动方向和速度(即链条的运动),是关键所在,下面是现场情况分析: 1.前轴7个链轮,其齿面前
