应用 Tucker 的量子混频理论详细分析了 SIS 结准粒子反射型双简并参量放大器的带宽及噪声性能,并用所得公式对放大器的性能进行了计算机模拟,得到了放大器有增益、低噪声的工作区域,其结果对实际参放实验工作有一定的参考价值.
The bandwidth and the noise performance of the SIS-based double-degenerated parametric amplifier with reflectivity are analyzed in detail by using Tucker’s quantum mixing theory. The performance of the amplifier is simulated by the obtained formula, and the working area with gain and low noise of the amplifier is obtained , The results of the actual participation of experimental work have a certain reference value.
