国际金融危机的爆发、国际市场的持续低迷导致我国出口与投资不堪重负,单纯依靠出口拉动经济增长的局面已很难维系。考虑至此,近年来我国逐渐将经济增长的重心转移到消费上来。党的十八大甚至明确提出要牢牢把握扩大内需这一战略基点,加快建立扩大消费需求的长效机制,最大限度地释放居民消费能力,从而不断推进我国经济结构的战略性调整。消费被赋予了新的责任与希望。 With the outbreak of the international financial crisis and the downturn in the international market, China’s exports and investments have become overwhelmed. It has been very difficult to maintain a simple reliance on export-led economic growth. In view of this, in recent years our country has shifted the focus of economic growth to consumption. The 18th National Congress of the CPC even made it clear that it is necessary to firmly grasp the strategic starting point of expanding domestic demand, speed up the establishment of a long-term mechanism to expand consumer demand, maximize the spending power of residents and thus push forward the strategic readjustment of China’s economic structure.
