采用不同微波强度对冰草种子进行处理,测定冰草种子的萌发特性和生理指标,结果表明:微波中低火处理冰草种子45s,其种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数比对照分别提高了4.8%、1.2%和18.8%,根长和芽长分别显著增长25.8%和12.9%(P<0.05),地上鲜重和地下鲜重分别增加1.4%和68.33%;叶片相对含水量、相对电导率和丙二醛含量与对照相比无显著差异,游离脯氨酸含量显著增加583μg/g(P<0.05)。表明适当强度的微波处理对冰草种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和萌发活力指数影响不显著,但显著影响种子根的生长、生物量的积累和抗逆性的增加(P<0.05)。
The results showed that the seed germination rate, germination energy and germination index of the seeds were increased as compared with those of the control 4.8%, 1.2% and 18.8% respectively. The root length and bud length increased by 25.8% and 12.9% (P <0.05), and the aboveground fresh weight and underground fresh weight increased by 1.4% and 68.33% The content of free proline was significantly increased by 583 μg / g (P <0.05) compared with the control. The results showed that microwave treatment with appropriate intensity had no significant effect on the germination rate, germination energy, germination index and germination vigor index of Agropyron seeds, but significantly affected root growth, biomass accumulation and stress resistance (P <0.05).
