Ejektor钻削法的特点是,输入和排出冷却液以及通过钻管冲走切屑,在工件和刀具或钻管之间均无需密封。这是根据在钻管上装一喷射泵的原理来实现的,喷射泵上有一环形喷嘴。冷却液于外钻管和内钻管之间输送到刀头;一部分冷却液通过环形喷嘴返回至内管。通过冷却液的喷射方向和流速,于是在刀头的容屑空间内形成一个低压区。一部分冷却液起吸入和排出切屑的作用,另一部分冷却液则用来冷却和润滑刀齿和导块。这种钻削法可应用在各种类型的机床上,如车床、铣床和摇臂钻床等,而且既可进行水平钻削,也可进行垂直钻削,刀具或工件均可旋转。——编者
The Ejektor drilling method features the ability to enter and discharge coolant and flush the chips through the drill pipe without any need for sealing between the work piece and the tool or drill pipe. This is based on the principle of installing a jet pump on the drill pipe, the jet pump has an annular nozzle. Coolant is delivered to the tip between the outer pipe and the inner pipe; a portion of the coolant returns to the inner pipe through the annular nozzle. Through the coolant jet direction and flow rate, a low pressure zone is formed in the chip space of the tip. A portion of the coolant acts as a suction and discharge chip, while the other coolant is used to cool and lubricate the teeth and guides. This drilling method can be applied to all types of machine tools, such as lathes, milling machines and radial drilling machines, and can be horizontal or vertical drilling, tool or workpiece can be rotated. --editor
