福建省福州市民政局立足民生导向,全力推进社工站建设,目前,173个镇(街)建站挂牌,开展服务项目逾70个,有效打通了服务群众和社会治理的“最后一米”。加强组织领导,做到高位谋划、高标推进。一是强化工作力量。建立市、区、镇(街)三级责任体系,市民政局成立专项领导小组,统筹做好谋划部署、督促落实、一线指导工作;各县(市)区民政部门、各镇(街),相应成立专班,履行抓落实第一职责。二是优化顶层设计。
