瑞士机床展览会留下的一台座标钻镗床的附件中,有一件座标磨头。它由机床主轴旋转运动转变为附件径向进给运动,机械结构传动比很大,结构及传动原理却十分简单,有一定的参考价值。本着“洋为中用”的目的,简单介绍如下: 座标磨头中只用了一对丝杆螺母传动付,就达到主轴每转附件径向进给量很小的目的,并且径向进给量又远比一般的镗头等类似附件小得多。其传动原理如图1所示。螺母12外面套着螺母座11。螺母座1l的上下(图示位置)两旁螺母12外圆上套着两个相同的扭簧10。这两个扭簧的一端自由,靠弹簧本身的向内趋紧力,夹持在螺母外圆上。上面扭簧的另一端套在一个位置固定的销子
