探讨“三角大香糯”及激光加电场处理后的水稻“激三香糯”相关生理生化参数变化。测定叶绿素a与叶绿素b的含量、种子活力、赖氨酸含量、低温逆境下脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、淀粉酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性、硝酸还原酶活性及呼吸速率。硝酸还原酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性、呼吸速率、赖氨酸含量等在处理前后变化不大;处理后可溶性糖含量、种子活力、叶绿素a与叶绿素b的含量有所提高,但淀粉酶活性下降。激光加电场诱变后,水稻的相关生理生化参数会发生相应的变化,有正向的,也有负向的。
To investigate the changes of physiological and biochemical parameters related to “triangle aroma waxy ” and laser electric field treatment of rice “shock Sanxiang waxy ”. The contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b, seed vigor, lysine content, proline content, soluble sugar content, amylase activity, catalase activity, nitrate reductase activity and respiration rate were measured under low temperature stress. Nitrate reductase activity, catalase activity, respiration rate, lysine content did not change much before and after treatment; soluble sugar content, seed vigor, chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content increased after treatment, but amylase activity decline. After the laser and electric field mutagenesis, the related physiological and biochemical parameters of rice will change correspondingly, with positive and negative directions.
